Le Jardin de Villa-Abrille is the second high-end residential subdivision project of   Filinvest in Davao, after the successful Fuente de Villa-Abrille project in Tulip Drive. The two projects are under joint venture with one of the prominent families in the city,  Carlos Villa-Abrille & Sons, Inc. The project is the first to be architecturally themed as  French Mediterranean inspired residential subdivision in Mindanao. As such, the name Le Jardin de Villa-Abrille is a French word meaning  “The Garden of Villa-Abrille.”

The proposed residential subdivision project is conveniently located within the heart of Davao City. Thus, boast of its proximity to malls (only 100 meters away from NCCC Mall & approximately 500 meters away from SM City Davao), commercial establishments, banks, financial institutions, schools (Ateneo de Davao University), churches and hospitals (Davao Doctors Medical Center).
